Situation

Background Information
The year is 2054 the United Western Water Confederation and the Eastern Water Union are at full blown war over the worlds dwindling supplies of freshwater. Recently satellite imagery has shown the reformation of a small river in the middle east in an area occupied by the Central Settlement Committee. Until now the CSC had been considered a low threat and low technology group with limited resources however in the past months they had begun selling water on the open market in exchange for military hardware. It has come to our attention that the CSC may have discovered a large previously undiscovered aquifer or a process to more efficiently extract water from the atmosphere especially given the presence of this new river. A recent trade declaration to the CSC who were responsible for the now regular trade we do of military goods for water has gone missing with no reports in the region. It is expected that out trade delegates may have discovered more information about this. On behalf of the United Western Water Confederation this means war. Today brothers we EARN our water rations UAV operators will be using MECHS Vic is 1 x IFV
