--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationCIA agent Dustin Thatcher and his helicopter crew were shot down and subsequently captured, along with critical intelligence that could end the war. A daring rescue mission deep into Fapovian-controlled territory must be launched to recover them, but crucially, recover the intel. Sniper element will be inserted prior to brief into an overwatch position and will be disconnected from the main squad. Spotter will act as FTL OPFOR may appear more resilient to small arms fire than what is usually experienced. This is due to modern body armour and helmets designed to provide enhanced protection against NATO-standard rounds. This will inherently make engagements more challenging compared to those faced in other theatres or campaigns. Note In the case the operation goes smoothly, the operation is expected to run around 1hr-1.5hrs; however, this will depend on the efficiency of the unit. The full 3 hours could be played if necessary. Enemy Forces
Intel from previous engagements indicates that the enemy has vast numbers. It is expected that they will have a significant presence around the prison, with a QRF expected from the north and south. Estimates have QRF times at 20-30 minutes from first contact. The QRF is expected to be vast and plentiful. Drone image of prison emplacements:
Mission

Dustin has been freed from military prison and successfully EXFIL back at the start location. Dustin is killed = Intel gone = Mission failure. Mission success is not guaranteed, nor is the EXFIL/survival of sniper element
Execution
Commander's IntentIntent is to insert, rapidly clear through the prison and rescue the HVT, as well as recovering the intel, before exfiling and returning to base
Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 HOOD will prepare combat load and get ready for brief. ARCHER 1-3 will get ready and get inserted ahead of HOOD via littlebird. Once on location ARCHER 1-3 will move to a suitable position and prepare to take out ZU-23 and the other static emplacements on the roof while maintaining stealth. NOTE: Team leaders will get backpacks to carry ammo for AR. Combat engineers will need wirecutters and at most 2 demolition charges each. Additional space can be used for either additional ammo or AP mines for the exfil. PHASE 1 HOOD gets inserted via blackhawk flying NOE to LZ-HOT and will assault OBJ-Dustin. Once enemies react to HOOD or when HOOD starts movement, ARCHER 1-3 will eliminate statics on roof and other targets of opportunity. Plan of attack
PHASE 2
Upon rescue of HVT and recovery of intel, HOOD will pull out of the prison, fall back towards LZ-COLD? and exfil via blackhawk.
If QRF maintains chase through the woods, HOOD will bound back towards LZ-COLD? and set up defenses in town center until helo lands.
ARCHER 1-3 may upon their own discretion either move downhill to LZ-COLD? and exfil, or move west and hide in the woods.
If ARCHER 1-3 at any point gets attacked, they are to move down to the town of Katamov and set up
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyALL CALLSIGNS will cross the LD fully loaded according to the units SOP. These supplies will come from the staging area. This basic load is expected to sustain the team throughout the mission, without support.
Medical
Medical support will be conducted in field (PAK in Field)
