Situation

Background Information
For too long, a powerful drug cartel has operated with impunity in the rugged, jungle-covered mountains of Tanoa. Hidden in remote mountains and fortified within concealed encampments, they have built a network of cocaine processing facilities, smuggling routes, and armed patrols that the under-resourced local police have been unable to dismantle. Faced with escalating violence, corruption, and a surge in narcotics flowing into nearby towns, the Tanoan Police Authority has turned to UGLY Corp PMC for decisive action. UGLY Corp will start with Attacking 2 local strongholds. This will be a high-risk operation in hostile terrain, where the enemy knows the land better than anyone and they will fight to the last to protect it. Friendly Forces
PMC Squad with imbedded EOD 2x unmarked vans for transport (budget is tight) no planned resupply.

Supporting Assets
Limited local forces or assets in the AO due to budget restraints from HQ. Local tanoa armed forces and police. But they are unwilling to intervene

Enemy Forces
Enemy forces are local cartel members. They predominantly use Small arms but also have access to mounted weapon. They are known to use gorilla tactics and use of improvised explosive devices/mines have been used previously. This is their territory, which they know well. High likelihood of ambushes and traps. Once the first compound has been cleared it is expected that the enemy will be on high alert. Be cautious for probing attacks, traps and ambush’s once your presence is known.


Mission

Tasking
Ugly PMC have been contracted to assault 2 known cartel hotspots and locate a 3rd encampment in the mountains and destroy it Mission length is around the 2-hour mark, depending on squad effectiveness ace intel used

End-state
The two known objects are cleared and the 3rd hideout in the mountains is found and cleared


Execution

Commander's Intent
Intent is to clear out as much of the Cartel as possible

Tasks and Sequencing
Third objective’s location is currently unknown and will be identified through intelligence gathered from the first two objectives. PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS will prepare supplies, both on person and in vehicles, and get ready for brief. PHASE 1 Following the briefing, UGLY squad will complete final checks, then move to and dismount at DP-Acid, preparing to assault Objective 1. During the assault, UGLY 1-1 will clear the left side of the road while UGLY 1-2 clears the right side. Once both sectors are clear, ALL CALLSIGNS will consolidate at the junction and conduct resupply as required. PHASE 2 Once resupplied, UGLY squad will advance on foot to Objective 2. UGLY 1 will drive vehicles carrying resupply, while UGLY 1-1 and UGLY 1-2 covers the front and rear respectively in a staggered column On arrival at Objective 2, UGLY 1-2 will establish a BOF while UGLY 1-1 conducts the assault. After Objective 2 is cleared UGLY 1-1 & 1-2 will resupply as necessary and establish ARD while UGLY 1 plans for 3rd hideout.
