--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background Information26 JANUARY 2040. The frontlines on Altis has been at a standstill for a couple of months, with NATO's seizure of Paros last November being the last considerable development. Since, CSAT has sought to retake Paros without success, and increased activitiy on the northeast peninsula has been detected. NATO forces are now looking to regain momentum, and are sending SF troops to Molos to neutralise AA piececs preventing BLUFOR air activities in the region as well as a central CSAT commander in Molos. Three-star rating: ☆ little to none expected ☆☆ decent amount expected ☆☆☆ heavy emphasis / main focus of operation Expected Level of Combat: ☆ (NOTE: ☆☆ to ☆☆☆ if identified) Expected Level of RP: ☆☆ Expected Difficulty: ☆☆☆
Friendly Forces
REAPER is a special operations forces squad specialisign in submersible operations.
Supporting Assets
No BLUFOR troops in the area. After a bloody battle for Paros, the frontlines have solidified and battles along the main avenues of attack have been frequent from both sides, but not born fruits. It is the NATO commander’s intent to seize the northeastern peninsula, and REAPER’s actions tonight will be one step at regaining momentum in the war.
Enemy Forces
Increased activity spotted on the northeastern peninsula of Altis, with hubs such as Molos Airfield seeing the greatest increase of activity. Enemy presence in the region has historically been sparser than in other parts of Altis, but this appears to be changing, with increased troop movements through air to Molos Airfield and the vicinity. After NATO seized Paros, CSAT’s land supply lines to the northeast has been practically blocked, and they have seemingly sought to strengthen their defences in the region. In this operation, Molos Airfield is absolutely essential and has seen increased activity. For this reason, it does appear that a high-ranking officer has moved to Molos to oversee the activities.
Mission
TaskingOBJ1 : NEUTRALISE AA PIECES AT MOLOS AIRFIELD OBJ2 : ELIMINATE CSAT OFFICER IN MOLOS SECONDARY: Retrieve intelligence concerning enemy movements, plans and posture.
End-state
AA pieces at Molos Airfield are destroyed, CSAT Officer "Night King" is neutralised, SOF personnel returned to AA Gambit.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of the operation is to eliminate AA at Molos Airfield, and elimiate HVT "NIGHT KING" in Molos.
Tasks and Sequencing
REAPER will insert via submersible to LZ-1 Primary, recon the airfield and set charges on clicker before returning to submersible. REAPER will then travel underwater to LZ-2 Primary, recon nearby buildings in AO 2 for movement and establish patterns in CSAT patrols, and the location of "NIGHT KING". Depending on situation in-field, REAPER will then eliminate "NIGHT KING", route back to submersible and exfil. Actions on - Contact at AO1: Retreat to SDV and blow charges. Continue with Primary OBJ "NIGHT KING" if situation allows - Contact at AO2: Eliminate "NIGHT KING" if possible, otherwise retreat to SVD and exfil - Destruction or disablement of SVD: Commandeer enemy vehicles and retreat to friendly lines.
