Situation
Background InformationTaliban leaders recently announced that they have taken leadership of Candaldari, and with that overnight forces from surrounding areas have swarmed the city. Embassy forces pulled back to the airfield to secure their VIPs with our greater numbers. Armored vehicles have come into the region through middle eastern militias sponsored by neighboring countries meaning Soviet era armour has arrived on the scene. A overzealous 2nd Lieutenant oversaw the extract from the Embassy leaving some assets and secure data we will need to burn. Bring incendiaries.

Commander's IntentMy intent to rapidly get towards the embassy and catch the insurgents by surprise Destroy de data and retreat back towards the Airbase.
Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS Will be ready for Briefing where we go over any changes not mentioned in the OPPORD. ROMEO 3 Will be driving 3x Coyotes Convoy order should be ROMEO 3-1 With ROMEO 1 ROMEO 3 With Tango 4-2 ROMEO 9 ROMEO 3 vehicle SIERRA 4-1 QUEBEC 4-3 ROMEO 3-2 with ROMEO 2 PHASE 1 We form a convoy and push towards the Embassy using WP 1 to to WP 7 Depending on contact we will use WP 4 A route or WP 4 B route. The idea is to get as far mounted as possible but once route is blocked or we are slowed down ROMEO 1 and ROMEO 2 Will dismount and flank the route so we can push forward towards the Embassy ROMEO 3 Wil provide convoy protection and BOF for the squads. Other elements when not tasked specifically should protect the convoy. PHASE 2 Once convoy reaches embassy ROMEO 1 and ROMEO 2 will clear the embassy and then provide security For data destroy task done by Tango 4-2 ROMEO 8 Will be responsible for the destroy data task and Embassy clearing ROMEO 3 While protecting the convoy will organize that all vehicles are ready to move back either via Route Alpha or Route Bravo ROMEO 7 will organize rearm/ repair in the field during this time. PHASE 3 Get everybody out safely Key points - Keeping convoy going is critical - Staying together makes us stronger - Spacing is key watch out for newly or old IED and grenades. - Movement forward is prioritized get. Casualties in QUEBEC 4-3 When able. - Rearguard needs to watch both the speed at the front and keep up but also delay the enemy so we can not get enveloped - Repair should be priority to keep going. - We only have each other. protect your battle buddys
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyROMEO 7 Will organize the resupply task and vehicle maintains into 1 vehicle but maximum of 2 to minimize convoy length. Drivers of the trucks needs to be on radio Freq 50 at al time to listen to Convoy leader. Efficiency over comfort.
