Supporting Assets
Independent- Russian Military Forces. The Russian military in the area has been paid off to keep out of conflict expected during the night. This has been done under the guise of a rival gang encroaching on Lodge territory. They will not engage unless engaged upon.

Enemy Forces
GOI-0432 - The Black Lodge GoI-0432 mobilises regular ground infantry composed of recruited (willingly or otherwise) cultists to defend their various positions and conduct their illegal activities. During our last encounters we have found them to be competently equipped with a mix of soviet-era and modern small arms and other gear. The Black Lodge's principal installations are also defended by SCP-2408-1; these are augmented otherwise-normal human beings with extraordinary capabilities in combat, survivability and regeneration. They are also capable of complete, reversible transfiguration into a variety of forms. Light motorised vehicles expected. Possible Infantry Fighting Vehicles expected. Anomalous humanoid entities expected. 'Great Mother' entities- suspected to be linked to 'CSF' substance. Critically dangerous psychokinetic and psychocoercive anomalous abilities. To be deemed highest possible threat and destroyed with maximum prejudice.

Mission

Tasking
Foundation directive for Ψ-9: Through completion of separately briefed tasking, Ψ-9 battalion are to continue to dismantle Black Lodge positions and material in the Moscow Oblast. Victor squad has been provided tasking as listed below. A separate Ψ-9 team is simultaneously hitting a small airfield to which several aircraft retreated during our last operation. Primary Tasking -Establish a direct uplink with the Green Mountain Comm Relay -Secure and sabotage the Oil Fields -Locate and destroy any Black Lodge-held soviet bunkers. Secondary Tasking -Locate further information on Black Lodge activities -Secure CSF/Cerebrospinal Fluid samples. The Green Mountain advanced Comm Relay has been confirmed to be under the control of Black Lodge personnel. Getting direct access to any data stored on-site and an active uplink to the equipment will assist in our further goals in the region, as well as provide potential immediate intel from enemy radio equipment. The Oil Fields are currently being controlled by the Lodge. It is suspected they are doing this to provide further income for their research.
