--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background Information
Exploiting the chaos of Longsword's attack, Anvil platoon prepares to initiate their own counterattack against the Rebels. Their aim is to penetrate deep into enemy lines, before the Rebels have time to reorganize. They are also tasked with building FOBs on critical locations, to prepare for the expected PLA attacks.
Friendly Forces
ANVIL Mechanized platoon consisting of: 2x Infantry Squads 2x FV-510 Warriors
Supporting Assets
LIMA attached logistical element consisting of: HEMTT flatbeds for transportation of construction materials MTVR repair trucks for vehicle repairs and construction
Enemy Forces
Enemy position is severely weakened after Longsword's push, we are expecting them to be confused and panicking. Furthermore, rumours of rebel and PLA clashes to the south are expected to bring their morale to an all-time low. Expect possible surrendering forces.
Mission
TaskingAnvil is to exploit the chaos and push east along the MSR. Either defeat or round up enemy forces remaining in the AO, then establish FOBs at key locations. With the PLA's enter into the war, attempt to deescalate the conflict if possible.
