Situation

Background Information
As the fighting is closing into the region's capital. We are putting effort into allowing the citizens to return to their homes and mourn their lost ones. One area that has been saved from the enemy and will allow for easier movement to the recently captured Soplika Airbase. The villages of Imeni Parizhskoy Kommuny and Kliuchishi have been occupied and chased of civilians during enemy occupation. Our aim is to clear the area of any danger and help the townsmen in returning and rebuilding their home.

Friendly Forces
EOD team w/ vehicles Logistics section w/ vehicles for supply transport & building

Supporting Assets
Friendly elements are stationed in nearby FOBs. Locations to note are : - FOB Igman, staffed by UN troops, they are the main hub in distribution of humanitarian aid to civilians. They will be able to provide any humanitarian supplies we need once the shelters are constructed. - COP Labela, staffed by friendly troops. Mostly consisting of reserves or in training forces. They will be conducting patrols around our AO to ensure safety as well as provide QRF if the need arises. They are able to provide full medical support.

Enemy Forces
Apart from aircraft air transported elements that manage to pass through our defenses, we do not expect any significant enemy presence. With the capture of Soplika Airbase now more than a week ago, most enemy forces have either fallen back or surrendered. With only limited patrols going through the area, we have the possibility of encountering remnants of enemy forces on the southern edge of the AO. We should handle If any enemy is encountered, effort should be made to offer surrender and provide any aid necessary.

Mission

Tasking
- We are tasked with ensuring the villages of Imeni Parizhskoy Kommuny and Kliuchishi can welcome back the civilians that have fled or been displaced by the fighting in the area. - Ensuring no military equipment or dangerous materials are left in the area. - Providing temporary shelter for those who are unable to live in their homes.

End-state
Those areas should be cleared of any military equipment or dangerous materials : - Any road up to 1km around the villages - Supply base in the southern part of Imeni Parizhskoy Kommuny - Dummy base previously used to lure friendly forces - Minefield West of the Dummy base. (Should forces be unable to fully clear the minefield within allocated time, they are to clearly mark and communicate the danger area remaining)

Commander's Intent
The intent is to secure a safe and livable situation for the civilians in the area

Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 We start in Camp Karlovac Where we gather our supplies and form up our convoy Convoy order BLACKBIRD 1-1 BLACKBIRD 1 BLACKBIRD 1-2 BLACKBIRD 1-3 And we will follow the route towards COP Labela Where we link up with the local leader to start they assigned patrol routes. After this meeting we will move further down the route towards Dismount Alpha PHASE 1 Once arrived and dismounted BLACKBIRD 1-1 will move down the road in to the town and clear the road from UXO and any possible mines. to create a rout to Possible location Alpha.. Once Route towards and Build location Alpha has been cleared The rest of the convoy will move trough the town to start the build. PHASE 2 Once Supplies are delivered on The build location BLACKBIRD 1 Will start marking the ground with flags to plan out the camp location. and tents together with BLACKBIRD 1-2 BLACKBIRD 1-3 Will Drop the supplies and move back to the camp Karlovac to pick up other supplies. and move back to Build location. BLACKBIRD 1-1 Should start on clearing the town and possible buildings from more UXO. Once this is cleared the road towards Kliuchishi And Clear that town of UXO as wel. PHASE 3 BLACKBIRD 1-1 Should be done clearing both towns of any UXO and Need to start moving to clear the marked minefield. and the UXO in the base close to it BLACKBIRD 1-2 Should have completed building all Tents and ready to move supplies in. BLACKBIRD 1-3 Should have Completed 2 extra supplies run. Once this is done they need to move to FOB Igman and gather Humanitqarian supplies from UN

Resupply
The objective for this mission is too build a camp for minimal 80 people Each living tent will be marked with a green flag and should consist of : 1x Door segment 4x walls 2x End section 1x light 6 x Chairs 6x tables Communal tent needs to consist of 1 Door segment 8x Wall segment 2 end segments 3x light Medical tent needs to consist of : 1 door segment 6 wall segment 2 end segment 3 lights 1x medical mark on the roof Storage tent needs to consist of 5 Wall segment 2 End segments 2 lights

Medical
There is no medivac possible but there is a squad medic who should be able to administer medical aid untill the other elements have build a medical tent in the camp
