AI is not transferring to HC, but is still responding to input, albeit delayed

• The server admin will have to perform an emergency offload of AI from HC.
• If an emergency offload has been completed, all placed down AI will have to be replaced.
• There are chances that the server might have to be restarted if the problem persists.
