FM/BS-362.V2.02 - Use phenylephrine to slow down bleeding
- Administer phenylephrine to:
- slow down bleeding more than norepinephrine FM/BS-363 - Use norepinephrine to slow down bleeding
- slow down transfusion speed more than norepinephrine
- Limit frequency of consumption to no more than 6 times every 6 minutes to avoid overdosing
- Be aware of side effects:
- a decrease in heart rate
- an increase in blood pressure
