First of all, thank you all for your interest and patience in the selection process. With holidays hitting us with full force, some conclusions took longer to land than expected, but we're now ready to officially declare the results of this year's summer selections.

We are very happy to announce that we have multiple new additions to the ORGCOC this time.

In Personnel Command, we will see some movements and additions to put us in a better place to respond to recruitment and retention questions going forwards.

Operations Command sees a number of changes this time around. In particular, we foresee that the new staff compositions will be well-suited to tackle the vacancy rate questions as well as processing mods quicker, which will be a benefit to the entire unit.

Training Command will not see as many changes staff-wise, but is already well positioned to develop policy and hold FTXs after autumn’s implementation of FTS3. There have been a number of changes and additions to training teams, which strengthens the unit’s capability to improve the unit’s competence across combat areas.

Following will therefore be the full list of NCOs until the Winter Selection.
