Commanding Officer
UNITAF

With the recent introduction of the new Roadmap and the Command Support Unit to run it, there’s an increased need for an additional role for a member talented and interested in organisational skills, to help move the Roadmap forward.

If you’d like an opportunity to help keep things moving, by applying to be a part of J11. See below.

J11 Command Support Unit
Staff Member (J11 NCO)

Do you have an interest, knowledge, or even experience, in Project Management? The Roadmap is becoming the primary pillar on which the steps for UNITAF future are built on and is redefining how we collaborate across the unit. Keeping it reliable and useful for members is a foundational purpose of J11, and J11 is now looking to expand their team by one additional member.

What J11 does to help:

  • We look at the incoming roadmap items and decide how to best handle them.
  • We make sure those items are moving forward, and if not, we check why to try to understand how to.
  • We speak with people from across the unit, and explain what they need to do in order for their ideas to have a chance at coming to fruition.
  • We work closely with Officers, Staff, and Contributors to help them in their areas and when working across areas.

What you need:

  • Experience, interest, or skills in project management would be beneficial.
  • Minimum rank requirement of Pvt required
  • Ability to be impartial
  • A good communication skill to translate the processes into friendly terms and to be able to work across many teams
  • A decent amount of spare time, and attention to details.

Interest for the position and questions should be sent to CSM Vyqe (J11) by 14 March 2026.
